The Registration, Recruitment and Hiring Process

First, to be selected as a candidate for a potential civilian or private military firm position, you need to be registered on this site. Registration does not necessarily mean that you will be recruited or hired. Registration on this site provides you the opportunity to be recruited and hired when we are aware of an employer who is seeking an individual with your set of skills, training and experience.

Next, we reach an agreement with an employer to recruit an individual for employment with your set of skills, training and experience for a fee payable by the employer.

We then search our database and other sources to match current and discharged military MOS, AFSC or Rating, with the rank, skills, training, experience and language skills specified by the employer for the private military or civilian position. For those individuals who register with us, there is no cost or fee is incurred if you are offered and accept an employment position. We do not contact you unless we believe that we have a potential employment position available that matches your training, skills and experience. In some situations we will be searching for several individuals with the same set of skills, training and experience. You can earn additional compensation by assisting us with our search for such qualified individuals if they are also hired by the employer.

If we decide to present you to a potential employer, we enter into an agreement with you that we represent you with regard to this employer and that you will conduct yourself in good faith professional manner during the course of the negotiating and hiring process. You further agree not attempt to circumvent us after we present you to an employer.
